Pricing & What Affects It

  • Doctor consultation: IDR 400,000 (clinic or house call)

  • Mobile call-out fee: IDR 200,000–300,000 by area (no fee at the clinic)

  • Typical total for Bali Belly treatment: IDR 2,500,000–3,500,000
    What can change the total: severity/dehydration level (extra IV fluids), required labs (CBC/dengue/stool), and prescriptions (antibiotics/antiparasitics) only if clinically indicated.

How Booking Works (Fast on WhatsApp)

  1. Message us your name/age, symptoms/goal, and Google Maps pin.

  2. We reply with a price estimate and ETA; you’ll approve before dispatch.

  3. The clinician performs an in-person assessment; your final total is confirmed before any treatment.

  4. Follow-up: doctor support via WhatsApp after treatment.

Insurance & Documents

Medically necessary care is often claimable depending on your policy. We issue an itemised invoice and a medical report to support reimbursement. (Elective wellness IVs are usually not covered.)
